This lot is composed primarily of Chiroso, a floral and exciting varietal that’s blended with Castillo. Together, they offer a coffee with delightful floral notes, mandarin, and tamarind supported by sweet notes of caramel.
At Preface, we are heartened by the connections formed among the women involved in the Transformation Lot, our feminine protagonist on the cover of our boxes, and owner/roaster Jeremy’s newborn daughter. We hope this coffee serves as an affirmation of the confidence these women (and baby) already show.
