As you may know, Preface was started just a few months after my daughter, Elizabeth, was born. So, in many ways, the milestones of her life serve map onto the story and journey of Preface.

This month, Elizabeth is turning 18 months old and as I did for her first birthday I thought it appropriate to celebrate with a coffee released in her honor. To truly celebrate, all 250g will be $18.

This is a stunning naturally processed Pink Bourbon, that brings out the fruity component of the varietal that I have come to love over the last few years.
